Hi Im Diana Taylor and looking for anyone who knew a lady called Ruth Marion Williams. She had a son born David Williams, who was adopted in March 1964. She worked as a Hospital technician. Please contact me if you know where she is today. Possibly Ireland as she was educated there??

Iam trying to trace and old friend, John Horton who lived originally in Quinton in Gower Rd, both i Alan Spittle and Jim Seymour and of course John went around together as youngsters, Iam in touch with Jim and we would love to find John, who at one time lived in Weymouth then Salisbury and we understand at sometime he came back to the Midlands, if you are out there John we would leave to make contact.

Kinnersley, 1828, married Eliza, 1846 in Upton. My grandfather, Edgar was born in Defford in 1862 & his son, my father, was born in 1891 & later emigrated Australia. Thanks,Judy

My children are the great grandchildren of Arnold Edwin Mason whom i believe was born in the Birmingham Area around 1913/1914. His father was called George Mason and was a brewer. They may have lived in the Halesowen area in the 1940's. Arnold Mason moved and had a family in Norwich, Norfolk. Arnold left the area however in around 1960 it is believed that he returned to the Stourbridge area and may have lived with a lady by the name of Edna Mansell for about 5 years. Arnold did travel to Australia in 1969 where all trace of him was lost. It is possible that he may have returned to the Bredon area or have links with this area in 1975. Please we would be very grateful of any knowledge of Arnold or of any of his relatives. It is unkown if Arnold had any brothers or sister but we do believe he remarried and had a son.

My 14th Great Grandfather was Baron Edward Sutton - 2nd Lord Dudley. From His son John Sutton was born Captain Henry Dudley then Roger Dudley,Governor of the colony of Massachusetts Thomas Dudley, then his son Rev. Samuel Dudley, his son Col Steven Dudley, his son Liet. James Dudley, his son James Dudley (wife was Deborah Bean) then their son James Dudley who married Miss Glidden, then their son another James Dudley married to Roxanna Nichols, then their son Hiram who was born in Sullivan, New Hampshire but raised his family in Crown Point , New York, where his son Henry Harry Dudley had a son named Philetus L.D. (Elder, Elde) Dudley who had a only child my grandpa Gordon Lyle Dudley.(his picture is attached) So in case you have ever wondered what happened to the Dudleys of the Dudley Castle. Now you know.

50 years ago five PHGS schoolboys did something that hadn't been done before; they excelled at the local Evesham Regatta and won the Bell Tower Trophy and the Schools Challenge Trophy. I am trying to trace the survivors for a possible reunion and in particular have lost touch with D C Knight (Colin alias Chicko) of Station Road Broadway, Last contact was in the early 1960's when he was working in a Birmingham foundry. He is pictured next to me (Dave Thompson)on the extreme right of the photo.
